- Sit with an invitation to see or know God
- Say, “God, show me where you are. (It can be in this problem, this event, this comment, this emotion too)
- Pray the invitation a few times and then sit and wait for God.
- Praying for others by offering them directly to God.
- Speak their name. I also like to visualize them in my hand and I physically offer them up to God one at a time.
